摘要
针对工业生产合成橡胶厂排放的含胶乳乳化液废水(又称白水),建立了超滤膜处理实验装置。进行了膜组件和膜材料的选择;测试了错流速度、压力、温度和固含量对渗透通量的影响;对胶乳破乳现象作了初步的分析。
The aim of this project was treatment of 1% styrene butadiene latex emulsion(white water streams)resulting from industrial production using cross flow filtration.The experiments were carried out on laboratorial tubular organic membrane modules.The suitable membrane materials and modules were selected at first.The effects of cross flow velocity,pressure,temperature and concentration on permeate flux were discussed.The permeate flow rate remained practically stable.The latex emulsion destabilization in operation was discussed simply.
