新生儿重症监护病房医院感染的控制

New Measures of Nosocomial Infection Control in Neonatal Intensive Care Units

目的比较常规清洁基础上适当使用与大量使用消毒剂用于新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)的医院感染控制效果和环境及工作人员的手的消毒杀菌效果。方法2003-2005年大量使用消毒剂用于NICU的环境及工作人员的手的消毒灭菌,2006-2008年常规清洁工作基础上适当使用消毒剂,比较两种方法的医院感染发生率、手和物体表面微生物学检查不合格率。结果两种方法的医院感染发生率、手和物体表面微生物学检查不合格差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论常规清洁工作基础上适当使用消毒剂即可较好控制NICU的医院感染。

OBJECTIVE To compare the effect of disinfection of environment and hands of the NICU staffs between massive use of disinfectants and proper use of disinfectants based on routine cleaning. METHODS Since proper use of disinfectants based on routine cleaning from 2006 to 2008, the nosocomial infection rates, the microbiological failure rates of the surfaces of hands and objects of the two methods were compared. RESULTS The nosocomial infection rates, the microbiological failure rates of the surfaces of hands and objects of the two methods showed no significant difference （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSIONS Proper use of disinfectants based on routine cleaning can achieve good results in the nosocomial infection control of the NICU.
