摘要
为了切实搞好复员退伍军人岗前培训，培训中心采取了一系列措施，进一步明确了培训管理的范围和目标，完善了培训管理指标体系，并引入专业管理流程和方法，从而形成复员退伍军人教育培训的新模式，提高了学员的学习积极性和培训效果。
In order to well organize veterans＇ pre -job training, in addition to introduction of professional management processes and methods, the Training Center took a series of measures, further defining the scope and objectives of training management, and improving the training management indicators system. A new model of veteran education and training is established accordingly, increasing students＇learning motivation and training effectiveness.
