摘要
在计算机被广泛应用于企业管理后，电子文件大量取代纸质文档而成为企业电子档案，它为档案管理带来了一系列新课题，使传统的档案管理方法发生了根本性变化。面对这种挑战，档案工作者应积极应对，不断学习现代科学知识信息技术，逐步掌握电子档案的特点，切实解决好电子档案的管理、整理和保护等问题，使电子档案积极发挥为企业工作服务的重要作用。
As computers are widely used in enterprise management, a lot of paper documents are replaced by electronic ones in enterprise archives. This brings about a series of new issues to archives management, leading to a fundamental change of traditional archives management. Faced with this challenge, archivists should learn modem scientific knowledge and information technology, and grasp the characteristics of electronic records to deal with well the management, filing and protection of them so that they can play a significant role in serving enterprises.
