摘要
管理人员培训是提高管理人员创新能力、管理能力、决策能力、危机处理能力、驾驭能力、防腐能力、协调能力等的重要手段,是不断挖掘企业管理人员潜力的巨大智能宝藏,是提升企业核心竞争力的巨大能量来源。但是培训效果究竟如何,企业培训的影响力究竟有多大,关键取决于培训师的素质。本文通过目前企业管理人员培训的培训师现状分析,指出企业建立内部培训师队伍极其必要,并结合管理类内部培训师应具备的素质,提出了构建高素质的管理类内部培训师队伍的有效对策。
Management training is an important means to improve the competency of management staff in respect of innovation, management, decision making, crisis operation, anti - corrosion, coordinate, etc. , and a huge intelligence treasure to tap the potential of management staff, and a great energy source to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, what effect and influence an enterprise training activity can obtains depends on the qualification and competence of trainers. This paper, through analysis of the current situation of enterprise management trainers, points out that it is very essential to establish an internal management trainer team in enterprises, and provides effective measures for construction of qualified internal management trainer team in accordance with the requirements for the trainers.
