摘要
结合电力行业的发展，从电力系统继电保护课程改革入手，提出了电力系统继电保护课程改革的基本思路，明确了课程的培养目标，确定了课程体系，并在岗位能力要求分析的基础上提出了课程改革的具体方案以及实现的手段。
According to the development of power industry, this paper, for the teaching reform of power system relay protection course, advances a basic idea, identifies the teaching objectives, determines the curriculum system, and provides a specific program and approaches based on the analysis of competency requirement of work post.
