摘要
为提高光子质量吸收系数的准确性,利用蒙特卡罗数值模拟方法计算了C、Al、Ti等14种物质对AlKα、TiKα、ZrLα和H、C、N、O等14种常用物质对γ射线的质量吸收系数,并将Al、Cu、Ag对AlKα、TiKα、ZrLα三种软X射线的质量吸收系数的计算结果与已发表的数据进行对比。结果表明,蒙特卡罗模拟方法与薄膜法实验数据符合较好。该计算结果对今后光子与物质的相互作用的研究具有一定参考价值。
Aimed at improving the accuracy of the mass absorption coefficients(MAC),this paper introduces the calculation of both the mass absorption coefficients of 14 species of matter like C、Al、Ti to soft-X-ray radiation AlKα、TiKα、ZrLα and the mass absorption coefficients of 14 species of common matter like H、C、N、O to γ radial with Monte Carlo simulation.Comparisons between the calculated result and the published data about O、Al、Cu、Ag show that Monte Carlo calculation is in better agreement with the published film experimentation data. The calculation results are of reference for calculation of interaction between photon and matter.
