摘要
目的优选蜘蛛香中缬草醚醛的最佳提取工艺。方法以缬草醚醛的含量为指标,应用正交设计法筛选蜘蛛香的最佳提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为药材粉碎过24目筛,用12倍量70%的乙醇,浸润0.5 h,回流提取2次,每次3 h。结论用优选的提取工艺提取,缬草醚醛提取率达89%以上,提取液中缬草醚醛含量较高,工艺合理可行。
Objective To select the best extract technique of valerian m-phenoxy benzaldehyde from Valeriana jatamansi Jones. Method The orthogonal design was applied to select the best extract technique taking the content of valerian m-phenoxy benzaldehyde as the index. Result The result showed that the best technique included the powdered medical material passing through 24 mesh screen, soaking in 12-fold 70% ethanol for 0.5 hour, extracting two times, each time for 3 hours. Conclusion The extract rate of valerian m-phenoxy benzaldehyde reached 89% or more by this optimized technique. There was higher content of valerian m-phenoxy benzaldehyde in extractive solution. The technique is reasonable and feasible.
