摘要
本文以香辛料中具有代表性的大料为主要研究对象,通过正交实验分析,找出了粉碎粒度、堆积高度、蒸气量与精油提取量的关系。
This paper use aniseed which is representive among the spice as raw research object,by orthogonal test analysis,finding out the relation between comminuted size,packing height,vapour quantities and essential oil extraction and defined the best extraction technology condition.
