皮质激素治疗眼眶婴儿性血管瘤

The Clinical Effect of Infantile Haemangioma of Orbit Treated by Cortical Hormone

目的评价糖曲安奈德与地塞米松预混后局部注射治疗婴儿性血管瘤的临床效果。方法对本溪市中心医院2005年6月至2009年1月间采用曲安奈德与地塞米松混和后瘤体内局部注射治疗的18例进行临床疗效评价。结果18例患儿经1～4次注射,彩超检查结果肿瘤异常血流信号消失12例(67%),肿瘤异常血流信号减少6例(33%)。结论采用曲安奈德与地塞米松预混后瘤体内局部注射治疗对婴儿血管瘤是一种有效的方法,且无明显不良反应。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of local injection of triameinolone acetonide and dexamethasone for infamtile hemangiomas of orbit. Methods From January 2005 to February 2009, triamcinolone acetonide and dexamethasone were administered by intralesional injection for 1-4 times in 18 patients, and color Doppler imaging（CDI） ultrasound examination was performed after intralesional injection. Results CDI ultrasonography showed scarce blood flow signals in 12 cases（67%）, and decreased blood supply after treatment in 6 cases（33%）. Conclusions Intralesional injection of triamcinolone acetonide and dexamethasone is efficacious for treatment of infantile hemangioma, and no evident side effect was found.
