摘要
《共同纲领》中的"文化教育政策"明确规定了新中国教育的性质、内容以及对旧教育制度改革的重点与步骤,尤其它所强调的教育方法和教育内容的实用性,以及教育的公平和以人为本的教育理念为我国现代教育制度的完善和发展奠定了坚实的理论基础。今天,重新审视和研究这些理论观点,对丰富我国的现代教育理念,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
The policy of culture and education in the Common guiding principle stipulated explicitly the nature and the content of the education of new China ,and the key point and steps to reform the old education system. Especially, the education method and the usability of the education content as well as the education equality and the humanist education idea has laid a solid foundation for the perfection and development of the modem education system in our country. Today, these theory viewpoint are carefully scanned and studied, which has the important theoretical and the practical significance for enriching our country＇s modem education ideas.
