中国资源类境外投资国际宏观促进机制研究

On the International Macropromotion Mechanism of Chinese Outband Resources Investment

中国资源类境外投资国际宏观促进机制在资源外交、国际法律、联合反恐及国际军控等方面尚存在诸多弊端,不足以真正有效促进中国资源类境外投资持续、健康、快速发展。基于此,我们必须采取如下措施完善中国资源类境外投资国际宏观促进机制:一是持续改善资源外交,奠定良好合作基础;二是完善相关国际法律,创设稳定国际规则;三是强化国际联合反恐,提供有效安全保障;四是妥善应对国际军控,营造世界非战环境。

The international macropromotion mechanism of Chinese outband resources investment can＇t effectively promote the sustained, rapid and healthy development of Chinese outband resources investment because there are many problems in resources diplomacy, international laws, joint anti-terrorism, international arms control which construct the international macropromotion mechanism of Chinese out- band resources investment. Therefore, in order to improve the international macropromotion mechanism of Chinese outband resources investment, we must take the following measures： Firstly, sustainably improve resnurces diplomacy, lay faw^rable cooperation foundations; Secondly, perfect relevant international laws, work out stable international rules; Thirdly, strengthen international joint anti-terrorism, provide the effective safety protection; Fourthly, properly deal with international arms control, create the world renunciation-of-war environment.
