For Chongqing＇s rural reform and development is faced with prominent contradictions and problems, in a period from now on, according to the demand of co-ordinate development of the urban and rural areas, deepening the rural reform in land basic management systems. According to the reality of Chongqing, co-ordinate development of the urban and rural areas has a major relationships ： to promote the existence of scale operation and to stabilize the household responsibility system. Taking effective measures to correctly handle the important relationships is an key strategic to ensure the smooth progress of co-ordinate development of the urban and rural areas in Chongqing.
