目前,在学术界就如何运用新的教学理念和语言能力测试方法,实现大学英语教育向素质教育转变已成为教改热点研究的课题,进行有效、真实、可信的口语测试是提高学生素质的一种很好的手段。

At present educators in the academic world focus on the hot research topic as to the adoption of new teaching concepts and linguistic aptitude tests to attain the objective of education reform, i.e. the transition of EFL education to quality education in institutions of higher learning. It is an appropriate measure to administer an effective, real and liable oral English test so as to raise the quality of university students.
