利普刀治疗118例宫颈糜烂疗效观察

Observation of Effect of the 118 Cases Cervical Erosion Treated by Leep

目的观察利普刀治疗对宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法对本院2006—05～2007—06间，在妇科门诊就诊的118例宫颈糜烂患者，应用利普刀进行宫颈疾病治疗前后的观察。结果118例宫颈糜烂患者中，轻度糜烂的治愈率为23例（100％）；中度糜烂的治愈率为56例（98．23％）；重度糜烂的治愈率为39例（97．43％）。总有效率达98．54％，优于其它疗法。结论利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂疗效显著。

Objective To observe the effect of treatments to cervical erosion by Leep. Methods 118 patients of cervical erosion were treated by Lep from May 2006 - March 2007 in our hospital, it was been obversed Before ＆ After treatmen. Results In the 118 cases, the cure rate of light cervical erosion was 23 cases （100%）, the eure rate of moderate cervical erosion was 56 cases （98.23 % ）, the cure rate of severe cervical erosion was 39 cases （97.43 % ）. The total cure rate was 118 cases （98.54%）. Conclusion Leep might have significant effect on cervical erosion.
