摘要
以K2S2O8作引发剂,将甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(MFAA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BAA)、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPAA)和甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯(DM)进行乳液聚合,制得了一种稳定的阳离子氟代聚丙烯酸酯乳液。用红外光谱(IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)对共聚物结构进行了表征,并用透射电镜(TEM)对乳液的胶粒形态及粒径进行了测试。
Cationic fluorinated acrylate polymer emulsion was prepared by using monomer materials of dodecafluoro-heptyl methacrylate (MFAA), butyl acrylate (BAA), 2-Hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPAA) and dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DM) as a free radical initiator K2S2O8. Chemical structure of copolymer was characterized by infrared spectrum (IR) and proton nuclear magnetic resonance (1H NMR) and the particles and particle morphology of polymer emulsion were investigated by Transmission electron microscopy(TEM).
