聚酯长丝含油率测试方法研究

Study on the determining method of the OPU of PET filaments

采用水洗法、洗涤剂法和乙醚萃取法测定POY、FDY、DTY等3种聚酯长丝的含油率，进行含油率测定方法优选研究．结果表明，POY和DTY纤维含油率测定可采用简单、易行的水洗和洗涤剂法，而测定FDY纤维含油率直使用乙醚萃取法．文中同时指出，POY、FDY纤维油剂由于以乳液形式使用，测量前需要预先去除其中的水分．

The oil pick up (OPU) of PET filament such as POY, FDY,and DTY wasdetermined by the way of water washing, detergent washing and extracting. The studyof optimization about the determining method was carried out. The results show thatwashing and detergent washing are more approperiate for POY and DTY,and extracting for FDY. The rusults also indicates that POY and FDY finishes in emulsion should bepretreated in order to remove the water.
