摘要
本文研究了国产和东洋纺引进生产线涤纶短纤维在后加工过程中结构和性能的变化规律以及工艺条件对结构和性能的影响.结果表明,与东洋纺引进生产线相比,国产生产线涤纶质量低下的主要原因是,国产生产线二道牵伸温度和紧张热定型温度低,致使纤维的结晶度太低,从而影响纤维的质量.研究认为,在生产实际中合理、准确地控制牵伸和紧张热定型温度,是提高国产线涤纶纤维质量的有效措施.
In this paper, changes of the structure and properties of the PET staples during its processing made by the two production lines, the domestic and Toyobo, are investigated, the effects of processing conditions on the structure and properties are also investigated. The results show that the quality of the domestic staple is lower than that ofToyobo's. The main problem is its lower crystallinity that was formed due to the lowertemperature during the second-stage drawing and the heat-setting on the domestic production line.
