炎琥宁联合酚妥拉明治疗小儿毛细支气管炎60例疗效观察

The Curative Effect of Yanhuning and Phentolamine on Bronchiolits: An Observation of 60 Cases

目的观察炎琥宁、酚妥拉明联合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将60例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分成观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予以抗感染、解痉平喘、吸氧、镇静等一般综合治疗,观察组在此基础上应用炎琥宁8 mg/kg静脉滴注,酚妥拉明0.1～0.3 mg/kg,静脉滴注,均每日1次,联合用药5天。结果观察组愈显90%,对照组愈显77%(P<0.05)。观察组喘憋消失时间、呼吸困难缓解时间、肺部罗音消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论炎琥宁、酚妥拉明联合治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Yanhuning and phentolamine on children with bronchiolitis. Methods Sixty children with bronchiolits were randomly divided into two groups, with thirty cases in each group. The common combined therapy of anti infection,spasmolysis and mitigation was carried out in control group, based on this children in observation group were treated with yanhuning 8 mg/kg by intravenously guttae and phentolamine 0.1 - 0.3 mg/kg byintravenously guttae once a day, for five days. Results The healing rate of obseration group was 90% and that of control group was 77% （P 〈0.05）, and the effect of obseration group was better than that of control group. The extinction time of gasp, anhelatione, pneumonic rattle and the length of stay were shorter obviously in observation group than those in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is an obvious therapeutic effect of Yanhuning and phentolamine on children with bronchiolitis.
