PPH术治疗严重环状混合痔的临床研究

The Study of Procedure for Prolapsed and Hemorrhoids for Severe Orbicular Mixed Hemorrhoids

目的探讨应用痔上黏膜环形切除钉合术(procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids,PPH)治疗重度环状混合痔的临床效果。方法总结78例严重混合痔应用吻合器作直肠下端粘膜及粘膜下组织环形切除术(即PPH手术)的临床资料,对其临床疗效进行评价。结果术中吻合均一次成功,平均手术时间30 min,平均住院4.2 d,无严重并发症,手术过程顺利,无术中大出血等手术意外情况。结论PPH术治疗严重环状混合痔疗效良好,具有手术简单、术后痛苦少、并发症少、恢复正常生活早、住院时间短等特点。

Objective To evaluate the effects of PPH （procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids） for severe orbicular mixed hemor rhoids. Methods Seventy-eight patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids were treated with PPH （procedure for prolapsed and hemorrhoids） applying to stapler, and the clinic effects of PPH were assessed. Results The operation was successfully done in 30 rain of the mean operative time and the mean hospital stay was 4.2 d. No severe complications and hemorrhage were found during the operation. Conclusions PPH is an effective treatment for severe mixed hemorrhoids with the advantages of less postoperative pain, lower complications, quicker recovery and shorter length of hospital stay.
