中西医结合治疗小儿急性支气管炎的效果评价

Clinical Efficacy on Acute Bronchitis in Children Treated with Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine

目的评价中西医结合法治疗小儿急性支气管炎的效果。方法64例小儿急性支气管炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规西医治疗,观察组在此基础上,联用中药。疗程结束后对两组患者的临床效果进行比较。结果观察组临床总有效率为96.88%,高于对照组的临床总有效率75.00%,具有显著差异(χ2=4.6545,P<0.05)。观察组和对照组均未见明显的不良反应。结论中西医结合法治疗小儿急性支气管炎的方式疗效佳,而且也安全,建议临床进一步推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy on acute bronchitis in children treated with combination of Chinese and Western medicine. Methods 64 cases of children with acute bronchitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Children in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine, while children in the observation group were treated with additional Chinese medicine. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after the end of treatment. Results The total clnical effective rate was 96.88% in the observation group, higher than that of 75.00% in the control group, with significant difference （X^2 = 4.6545, P 〈0.05）. No obvious side effects were seen in both the observation group and the control group. Conclusion Combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of acute bronchitis in children is effective and safe, which is recommended to further promote in clinic.
