摘要
本文通过对新形势下班集体趋于淡化现象原因的分析，提出了加强班集体建设的措施．
Having analysing the reasons why the sense of class collectives becomes scarcer in the new situation, the paper puts forward some suggestions as to how to strengthen the construction of class collectives.
