摘要
温度变化可以产生数控机床热变形误差,从而影响加工精度。介绍了西门子SINUMERIK840D数控系统温度误差补偿的原理及相关系统参数,采用Pt100型热电阻设计了温度误差补偿系统的硬件,同时进行了PLC程序的开发。
Thermal deformation error of CNC machine tools generated by temperature changes will influence the accuracy of the machined workpieces. Temperature error compensation principle and system parameters of SINUMERIK 840D CNC system .ere intro- duced, the hardware of temperature error compensation system was designed with Pt100 thermal resistance, and PLC program was designed.
