摘要
设计了一种新型的压机开关模机构——双凸轮式开关模机构,详细介绍了其原理及工作过程,在Solidworks中建立了虚拟样机,应用COSMOSMotion对机构进行了动态干涉检验和运动学仿真,并试制物理样机。此机构的研制成功可大大提高压机的生产效率和适用范围。
A new type of open-close mould mechanism, double cam open-close mould mechanism was designed, the principle and working process were introduced. Virtual prototype was built by Solidworks, collision checking and dynamics simulation on the pressing machine was performed by COSMOSMotion. The physical prototype was made. The successful design of the mechanism can improve production efficiency and scope of application of the pressing machine.
