摘要
分析了滚动直线导轨在承受工作载荷时预加载荷对钢球刚性、钢球载荷分布状态的影响。并通过实验进一步研究了预加载荷与精度均化的关系。结果表明:预加载荷可以有效地提高钢球的刚性,改善滑块内钢球载荷分布,使得钢球弹性变形量显著地减小,从而减小了滑块的偏移量,提高了工作台的行走精度。随着预加负荷的增大,精度均化的能力也随之提高。
The influence of pre-load on ball rigidity and load distribution of linear motion guide under load was analyzed. The relation between pre-load and accuracy average was studied through test. The results show that pre-load can improve the rigidity of the ball and load distribution and decrease the elastic deformation of the ball dramatically. It can decrease the deviation of the slider and improve the moving accuracy of worktable. As the pre-load increasing, the ability of accuracy average increases.
