探讨了非圆齿轮数控滚齿加工的有关原理、技术和方法,提供了一套可行的基于CAN和嵌入式Linux的有关非圆齿轮滚齿数控机床的构建方法。重点介绍了有关误差补偿方法和实时解决方案。
The principle, technology and method of NC gear hobbing machining of non-circular gear were discussed. The NC system for gear hobbing machining of non-circular gear was constructed based on CAN and the embedded Linux. The error compensation method and real-time solution were introduced.
