摘要
精密滚珠丝杠副是数控机床、精密仪器仪表等设备的关键零部件,其精度的高低对数控机床等设备的精度有很大影响。针对影响丝杠加工精度的温度误差,从室温、磨削热、冷却液温升等几方面进行了分析。对由室温、冷却液温升等因素引起的误差,提出了解决方案。对由磨削热引起的误差,在分析了有限差分法的基础上,利用有限元对误差进行了分析与计算。
The precision ball screw is the main parts of NC machine tools and precision instruments. The machining precision of NC machine tools is greatly influenced by the precision level of the ball screws. The temperature errors influencing the precision level of the ball screw were analyzed in the aspects of room temperature, grinding heat and the temperature of cooling oil. For the errors caused by room temperature and the temperature of cooling oil, the compensation methods were proposed. And the errors caused by grinding heat were analyzed by finite element method with referring to finite difference method.
