摘要
介绍了一种综合利用机、电、液技术的液压转向器可靠性试验系统,该系统能进行转向器各项可靠性试验。阐述了液压转向器试验系统的国内研究现状,介绍了系统的设计目标,分析了系统的总体设计、电气设计、机械设计、液压设计、软件实现、结果的处理等方面的内容。使用结果表明:该系统具有稳定性较高,操作简单、测量精度高、响应速度快、实用性较高等特点。
A dependability test system of redirector assisting-hydraulic pressure based on mechanical technology, electronic technology, hydraulic technology was designed. The actuality of national research on test system of redirector assisting-hydraulic pressure was analyzed. The design objective of this system was introduced, the total design, electronic design, mechanical design, hydraulic design, software design were analyzed. The results of actual test show that the system has the advantages of hign reliability, easy operation, hign precision and response speed.
