摘要
在舵机动刚度试验中,需要使用力伺服系统模拟外部大气干扰来测试舵机在高频负载力作用下的动刚度性能。而试验台泵站提供的瞬时流量无法达到高频大负载的油量要求,因此必须配置相应的蓄能器以补充瞬间供油量的不足。通过对蓄能器的容量计算,确定了满足试验要求的蓄能器型号及数量。
In the test of measuring for hydraulic booster location system, the loading system simulates atmospheric disturbance to test the performance of hydraulic booster location system in the case of instantaneous high frequency. But the instantaneous flux provided by pumping station of the test-bed can not satisfy the demand. So corresponding accumulator is used to reinforce instantaneous oil supply. The capacity of the accumulator was calculated, the appropriate type and number of accumulators that satisfy request of the test were choosed.
