摘要
为实现系统的智能控制,对液压件厂现有的液压泵性能试验台进行了全面的改进,基于机、电、液一体化计算机智能控制的思想,设计一套液压泵性能试验台,以适合对低、中、高压液压泵进行快速、准确、可靠的性能测试。该试验台的驱动系统采用交流变频调速技术,加载部分采用先进的步进式数字溢流阀进行加载,整个系统具有计算机集成化程度高、控制精度高等优点。
In order to realize the intelligent control, the present hydraulic pump perlormance experiment stand of me nyuraunc factory of Fuzhou University was improved. Based on the idea of computer intelligent control of mechanical, electric and fluid integration, an advanced hydraulic pump performance experiment stand was designed. The technology of variable frequency speed governing was used in the driving system of the experiment stand, the advanced stepping digital overflow valve was adopted in the part of loading. The whole system has the merits of high computer integration and high control precision.
