摘要
基于对新一代产品几何技术规范(GPS)体系数字化计量理论的研究,应用GPS操作及算子技术给出了圆度误差的规范化评定过程,阐明了GPS操作及算子技术与圆度误差评定的内在联系。通过实例证明了基于GPS操作及算子技术能够实现高效、规范地圆度误差精确评定。该技术也可以有效地应用于其它几何特征误差量的评定中。
Based on the digitized theoretical foundation of new Geometrical product specification and verification ( GPS), an evaluation process of roundness error was presented by using the GPS operation and operator technology. The relationship between the evaluation of roundness error and the operation and operator technology was discussed. The experimental results show that the operation and operator technology can realize the evaluation of roundness error correctly and effectively. This method can be applied effectively in the evaluation of other geometrical characteristics.
