叶轮叶片振动的检测方法及检测装置的设计

摘要 叶轮是高速涡轮机的关键部件,保持叶片高速运行时处于良好状态对保证涡轮机正常运行十分重要,目前叶片状态的在线检测尚有许多困难。提出一种叶轮叶片振动在线连续实时检测的方法,并设计了检测装置,该装置包括实验平台的整体原理、控制系统、信号采集处理电路。通过振动频率实验对比,证明该装置和方法是合理可行的。 Blade wheel is the key component in the high-speed turbine. Under high-speed operation, it's very necessary to build a detection device for blade wheel. A method for vibration detecting on-line and real-time was proposed and the detecting device was designed including the whole structure of experimental platform, controlling system, signal acquisition and processing circuit, etc. As comparing with the experimental data of vibration frequency, result shows that the device and method are feasible and reasonable.
