介绍了四轴联动数控玻璃刻花加工中心的机械结构和同步控制方法,阐述了嵌入PMAC多轴运动控制器数控系统的构成和原理。采用这种基于上、下位机的双CPU数控系统,能满足使用要求。
The mechanical construction of glass engraving machine center with four-coordinated axes and synchronous control ways was introduced. The constitutes and principle of the NC system with PMAC multi-axis motion controller were discussed. Using this NC system based on the up and down CPU, the glass engraving machine center can satisfy the use requirement.
