摘要
介绍了数字图像检测系统的基本结构和测量原理,同时介绍了软件界面和测量系统的标定方法,阐述了采点法和描线法两种关键数字图像检测算法的基本原理。该检测系统采用触摸式显示器为操作中心仪器,以触摸屏为用户与计算机交互媒介,根据触摸屏操作特性专门开发的测量软件操作简单、便捷,省去了鼠标、键盘操作,与传统手动影像测量仪相比,效率大幅度提高。
A touch vision measuring machine using touch monitor as the operation center was presented. The instrument uses touch monitor to finish the communication between the user and the computer. According to the characters of the touch monitor, a special software panel was designed. Without using mouse and keyboard, it can do the measuring job more conveniently and quickly than the traditional manual vision measuring machine. The mechanical structure and basic measuring theory of this machine, the software panel and the calibration way were introduced. The key algorithms based on digital image processing, the point collection and line drawing method were presented.
