摘要 针对斜角车削的特点,建立了其三维有限元模型,运用ABAQUS有限元软件对AISI-1045钢车削过程进行力-热耦合模拟分析,并将其仿真结果与经验及理论结果对比,验证了该模拟方法的有效性,对进一步开展车削加工精度控制研究具有一定的指导意义。 Based on the characteristics of turning with oblique angle, a three-dimensional finite element model was established to simulate the AISI-1045 steel turning process with consideration of the cutting force and temperature. Comparing the simulation result with the theoretical result, this model was proved to be valid for turning process. It has some guiding significance for further study of precision control in turning process.
