摘要
介绍了Monte-Carlo模拟在数控机床k/n(G)表决系统可靠性评价中的作用。在进行单元可靠性评价的基础上,分别运用Bayes MC、Bayes bootstrap和double Bayes MC方法进行数控机床及其子系统的可靠性评价。给出了表决系统Bayes可靠性评价的一般步骤。仿真实例表明:该方法适用于数控机床及其子系统组成的各种情形,评价结果是真实可信的。
The role of Monte-Carlo simulation in reliability evaluation of k/n(G) voting system of CNC machine tools was introduced. Bayes MC, Bayes bootstrap and double Bayes MC methods were applied to evaluate the reliability of the CNC machine tool and its sub-systems. General steps of Bayes reliability evaluation of voting system were given. The simulation results indicate that the method is applicable all situations of CNC machine tool and its sub-systems and the evaluation results are genuine and believable.
