生育控制技术的进步给人类带来了福祉:它控制有缺陷及计划外孩子的出生;圆了上千万有生育障碍的妇女做母亲的梦。但生育控制技术的滥用也会造成新生儿性别比失衡、多胞胎家庭数量增加等方面的社会问题。厘清生育控制技术运用的伦理意义,对搞好计划生育工作意义重大。

The progress in birth control technology has brought the following benefits：it has controlled defective and out-of-plan child birth, and it has realized thousands of women＇ s dreams of becoming mothers,who have difficulty in procreation.But the misuse of the technology produces social problems such as the unbalanced newborn sex ratio and increased polyembryonic births.So it is important for doing a good job in family planning to understand ethical significance of applying the technology.
