New China's Evolution and Innovations in Diplomatic Institutions:A State-Society Perspective

中国外交制度的发展与创新应属当下中国外交新的转型的必要内涵和关键环节,外交制度的合理建构有助于促进中国外交健康且持续的发展,也有利于中国公民身份和国家认同有效且理性的塑造。为此,笔者将尝试运用国家-社会关系的视角来诠释与理解中国外交制度的创建、发展及其创新,以历史的视角回顾与审视中国外交制度建设的进程,从而能够更好地为当下中国外交制度的创新提供某些重要的思考或启示,进而为理解中国外交政策及其决策的变迁提供必不可少的制度背景与组织基础。笔者希望以此能够透视和折射出中国外交制度的改革与发展,反映出中国国家-社会关系的历史变迁背景之下中国外交制度的演进。

The New China's development and innovations in diplomatic institutions are a necessary element and a key-link of the new transition of China's diplomacy. Reasonable construction of diplomatic institutions will contribute to the promotion of the sound and sustainable developments of China's diplomacy and of the valid and rational shaping of the citizenship and national identity. The author is trying to explain and understand the construction,development and innovations of the diplomatic institutions of China from the perspective of state -society relations,examine the construction process of the diplomatic institutions in order to provide some thinkings and revelation for understanding china's innovations in the diplomatic institutions,and offer indispensable institutional context and organizational basis for grasping the evolution of China's foreign policy.
