摘要
采用国标方法对对虾头进行分析结果显示,对虾头含有大量的蛋白质和多种微量元素,并含有较多的甲壳素。应用现代生物工程技术分离精制蛋白质和壳聚糖,开发新产品。
The prawn head was analyzed by the methods of state standards. The results showed: there were a great deal of protein, several trace elements and much chitin in it. Applying modern biological engineering techniques, we could separate and refine protein and chitosan from prawn head and develop new products.
