摘要
掌握农村小学语文教师队伍现状,提出有效应对策略,有利于提高农村小学语文教师的整体素质,有利于促进城乡教育均衡发展。通过对重庆市地区的农村小学语文教师现状进行抽样调查,发现农村小学语文教师专业知识发展的起点较低,语文学科知识较为贫乏,掌握教材的重点不准确;教育心理学知识匮乏,负担过重;专业知识发展的支持环境较差,部分教师专业知识发展缺乏原动力等问题。为了加快提高农村小学语文教师专业素养,建议:(一)加强小学语文教师专业知识的继续教育;(二)建构高效、实用的教师培训体系;(三)发扬和倡导教师“专业自觉”的职业精神;(四)建立立体化校本教研模式,打造教师专业发展共同体;(五)建立小学语文骨干教师和首席教师的体系和机制;(六)建设教师专业发展的支持系统。力图为小学语文教师队伍的建设寻找科学有效的培养策略。
Mastering the present situation of the rural primary Chinese teachers and bringing out effective countermeasures are beneficial for the whole improvement of them and for the balanced development of urban and rural education. Through investigation on the present situation of primary Chinese teachers in Chongqing, we find that the starting point of the development of the professional knowledge of primary Chinese teachers is comparatively low; their subject knowledge is comparatively poor and their grasping of teaching materials is inaccurate; their educational psychology knowledge is deficient; they have extra working loads; the supporting environment for their professional knowledge development is relatively poor and part of the teachers are lack of the motives for their professional development. Therefore, we give the following suggestions. 1. Reinforce the continuing education of the professional knowledge for primary school Chinese teachers. 2. Construct higheffect, pragmatic teacher training system. 3. Develop and propose the occupational spirit of teachers' professional awareness. 4. Establish three-dimensional school-based teaching and researching model and set up the unity for teachers' professional development. 5. Build up the system and mechanism for primary school Chinese backbone teachers and chief teachers. 6. Construct the supporting system for teachers' professional develops. The above measures will help to provide scientific and effective tactics for the development of primary Chinese teachers.
