Serving Innovation Economy and Promoting the Modern Education Model:Interpretation of the Outline of Russian National Education Program

俄罗斯国家教育纲要方案确定了教育中长期发展战略,将2020年前俄罗斯教育发展目标定位于适应创新经济发展的需要,采用现代教育模式为社会和公民提供优质教育。该纲要对现代教育模式的图景进行了描述和勾勒,并希望通过四年的改革,打造出一个新的教育体系,从而为2020年实现创新型经济提供智力和人才支撑。本文着重对俄罗斯国家教育纲要方案提出的现代教育模式的定位及其实现的任务及措施进行系统的分析和阐述。

Russian national education program has determined the outline of education and long-term development strategy. By 2020, the aim of Russian education development should meet the needs of innovation economy development and a modem education model for the society and citizens to provide quality education will be introduced. The Outline includes the description and brief statements of the modem education models, and conceive to make a new education system through four year＇s reform and to provide the intelligent and talented support in order to achieve the innovation economy in 2020.
