摘要
目前,教师绩效工资改革在美国一些地区的公立学校中正深入开展,并形成了一些典型的模式。这些模式体现出了一些教师绩效工资改革的共同特点:提供有效的政策法律保障和稳定充足的财政支持;引入"增值评估",构建合理有效的绩效评价体系;制定科学合理的绩效工资比例与级差。美国改革经验对于我国当前的教师绩效工资改革具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。
At present, teacher merit pay reform is carried out in public schools in some areas of America, and it forms a number of typical models. Moreover, these models reflect the common characteristics of the teacher merit pay reform. Experience of American merit pay reform has an important inspiration and reference to China.
