试论工程决策的伦理维度

On Ethical Dimensions of Engineering Decision-making

本文从责任性、功利性、公正性及其生态性四个角度入手,剖析了工程决策的价值,展示了工程决策的伦理内涵,提出工程决策除了要主动考虑社会公认的伦理道德规范,遵守相应的法律及规章制度之外,还必须从以上四个维度进行规约,从而使所做的工程决策符合伦理诉求。

Starting from responsibility, utility, justice, ecology, the paper presents the value of engineering decision--making , demonstrates the ethical content of engineering decision--making and advances that decision--making not only need to abide by the laws and regulations as well as take the initiative to consider generally accepted ethical code of ethics, but also must be restricted from the above four dimensions, so that make engineering decision--making conform to the ethical demands.
