CHEN Tiao fu, an expert of Chemical Engineering, is one of founders of chemical industrial in China. With FAN Xu-dong and HOU Debang, They found the first soda manufactory in Asia. He found a paint manufactory later by himself. The foundation of his career was scientific thought.
