谷胱甘肽降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病感染恶化率的疗效探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的:观察谷胱甘肽对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的血清谷胱甘肽水平及相关免疫指标的变化,探讨谷胱甘肽抗氧化降低慢性阻塞性肺疾病感染恶化率的相关性。方法:将76例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为两组。谷胱甘肽治疗组(治疗组)42例,在常规治疗的基础上口服谷胱甘肽片200mg,3次/d,持续6个月;对照组34例,常规治疗期间不服用任何抗氧化剂。两组在治疗前、后每3个月分别测血清谷胱甘肽、IgG、IgA、IgM、补体C3水平和肺功能指标。结果:治疗组血清谷胱甘肽水平、IgG、IgA、IgM、补体C3和肺功能指标均高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后3个月各项指标有提高但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对照组治疗后上述指标均无显著变化。治疗后两组间各项指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组的感染恶化率明显低于对照组(35:56,P<0.01)。结论:口服谷胱甘肽能增加慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者体内谷胱甘肽浓度,免疫指标提高,肺功能改善,降低感染恶化率。 Objective:To study the blood serum concentration of glutathione and the changes of immune index in patients suffered chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, after treatment with glutathione, and to explore the the relationship between the antioxygen effect of glutathione and the infection rate suffered from COPD. Methods : 76 patients with COPD were divided into two groups randomly : Treatment group included 42 patients, received glutathione pellet (200mg,po,tid) on the basic treatment ;the control group included 34 patient, received normal treatment only. The experiment continued 6 months. Before and after 3 months included in the experiment, the concentration of glutathione, IgA, IgG, IgM,C3 in blood serum and lung functional parameter were obtained. Results: The concentration of glutathione, IgA, IgG, IgM, C3 in blood serum and lung functional parameter in treatment group increased(compared with base level, P〈0. 05). All of the index increased between the first 3 months and the last 3 months, but there was no statistical significance. There was no significant change in the control group. There were statistical significance between the two goups, (P〈0. 05). The deterioration rate of infection in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (35 vs 56,P〈0. 01) o Conclution : Glutathione (po) could increase the concentration of glutathione,IgA,IgG, IgM,C3 in blood serum and lung functional parameter, reduce the deterioration rate of infection.
