前列腺气化电切术后120例尿流动力学检查结果分析

Urodyanmic analysis of 120 patients with transurethral electro vaporization of the prostate

目的:探讨尿流动力学在经尿道前列腺气化电切术(TUVP),手术前后的应用价值。方法:对120例因前列腺增生(BPH)行TUVP的患者,术前及术后6～12个月尿流动力学检查的参数及国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS),生活质量评分(QOL)等进行统计学分析。结果:术后最大尿流率,最大尿流率时逼尿肌压力,A-G数及LinPURR分级等较术前均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:尿流动力学检查可提供直观、准确、量化的膀胱-尿道功能状况,为诊断的明确,治疗方案的设计,手术时机选择以及术后效果评估提供量化参数。

Objective ：To evaluate the vaule of urodynamics in BPH patients before and after transurethral electro vaporization of the prostate （TUVP）. Methods： 120 patients with BPH underwent urodynamie tests preoperative IPSS （International prostate symptom score） and QOL （Quality of life） were compared with those 6- 12 months after operation. Results ：The Qmax, detrusorpressure at Qmax, A-G value, Lin PURR of post operation were different significantly compared to those of preoperation （P 〈 0.05）. Conelusion：Urodynamics can provide perceptive, accurate,the quantization bladder-urethra function situation, Be that diagnostic making clear, therapeutic schedule design, operation choice of the right moment and skill queen effect estimating that provides the quantization parameter.
