摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对辽宁山楂(Crataegus.SanguieaPal.)矮生型和普通型9个株系的叶片、枝皮和根皮过氧化物酶(POD)同工酶进行了测定。结果表明,不同器官的POD同工酶矮生型和普通型虽有共同酶带,但矮生型还具有自身特异性酶带;同龄树POD同工酶活性矮生型高于或显著高于普通型。
The peroxidase isoenzyme in bark of the shoots ,leaves and bark of the roots from 9 lines of dwarfed type and common type of Crataegus sanguinea Pall. was measured by using polyacrylarnidegel electrophoresis. The result showed that the peroxidase isozyme electrophoregrams of different organs for the 9 lines exhibited significant differences,there were more band numbers in the bark of the roots than the leaves,the band numbers in the same organs in addition to the same bands owned by these two types ;There were higher peroxidase isoenzymatic activities in dwarfed types than the common types ,When Ctataegus sanguinea Pall. trees were in the same age.
