摘要
１９９５～１９９７年采用摘叶法和石蜡切片法对苹果梨花芽生理分化及形态分化进行了系统观察。结果表明，苹果梨花芽生理分化期从短枝停长后开始（６月初），一直持续到形态分化开始期。花芽形态分化从７月中下旬开始，经历了分化初期，花蕾形成期，花萼形成期，花瓣形成期，雄蕊形成期和雌蕊形成期，落叶前雌蕊分化一般都已完成。
The observations were made on fIower bud physiological and morphological differentiation of apple-pear fruit tree by removing leaves method and paraffin method from 1995 to 1997.Results showed that flower bud physiological differentionstage lasted from spurs growth ceasing (the primary June) to morphological differentiation begining.Flower bud morphological differentiation began in the middle or the last July and experienced early differentiation stage, flower primordium, petal primordiumc, alyx primordium,stamen primordium and pistil primordium differentiation stage. Pistil primordium differentiation finished before leaves dropping.
