黄粉虫幼虫中抗菌肽的诱导及其抗菌活性的初步研究 被引量:21

STUDIES ON INDUCTION AND ACTVITY OF ANTIBACTERIAL PEPTIDES IN THE LARVAE OF Tenebrio molitor

摘要 本文首次以鞘翅目拟步甲科昆虫黄粉虫(Tenebriomolitor)幼虫为实验材料,分别用超声波和饥饿后饲喂大肠杆菌的方式进行诱导,对诱导前后0~4d内获得的抗菌肽进行了平板测活。实验表明抗菌肽含量在诱导后第4d最高,且在4d内随时间的增加而增加。两种诱导方式诱导出的抗菌肽具有相似的抗菌活性,都能较好地抑制大肠杆菌079和沙门氏菌50115,且收集的抗菌物质经100℃处理20min后抗菌活性基本不变。本文首次采用了饥饿后饲喂含菌食物的诱导方式,简便易行,适合大量昆虫抗菌肽的诱导、分离及应用。 The present work is the first to report the induction and antibacterial activity of antibacterial peptides(ABP)in the immunological larvae of Tenebrio molitor. ABP in the larvae was not only induced with food containing Escherichia coli strain O 79 when insects were starve.but also with ultrasonic waves. The immunological haemolymph of the larvae had a similar antibacterial activity that was the highest in four days after treatment. The induced ABP could inhibit Escherichia coli O 79 and Salmonella 50115, and were heat-stable. Because it is easy to raise Tenebrio molitor and the induction method is very simple.much more ABP could be easily produced for use.
