摘要
本文测定了生长在５、６、７月间苦菜中铜、钙、镁、锰、铁、锌的含量、结果表明：苦菜叶中钙、镁、锰的含量高于其根茎中，铁、锌的含量根茎中高于叶中。与常用普通蔬菜相比，苦菜中６种元素的含量均高于蔬菜中。
This paper studied the contents of Cu.Ca.Mg.Mn.Fe.Zn of Sonchus brachyotus DC.in May, June and July. The result Showed that contents of Ca,Mg,Mn,in the leaves were higher than that in the roots, but contents of Fe, Zn in the rootswere higher than that in the leaves DC. Compared with common vegetables, the contents of six elements in Sonchus brachyotus DC. were higher.
